This is beautiful, it reminds me of the spreading of blood into water or something like that. It's a great way of showing transformation and progression, I also love the way you added the faded piece below it. My one thing that I would say you need to do is touch it up in photoshop a bit so the white is brighter to get the contrast between the red and white.

an interesting pic. Really kickstarts one's imagination... (a developing flower with heavy aroma nad silky naturaly modulated petals...from the beggining of the bloom to the sweet taste of decay... OR the obvious analogy to a explding bomb or somethig alike).
I also like the unicolor-look of this... just the fading red and the colour of the paper. It's simple but no dull. (faw. due to "das gewisse etwas" which this one harbours ;) )

thank you so much n_n

nah truth is, it isn't a very good pic, so what I'll do is take a better one and replace it with that one- I'm not too good at photoshop lol

It's no problem. Actually its very easy to tweak the whites in photoshop, you just go into the levels and balance it that way. It's a simple way to do it but I think it would add a lot to the piece.

thank you so much for the comment,
it's basically a depiction of a transformation of a fluid like form/subtance- but nonetheless open to interpretations, it's interesting to see how others interpret it. Again, thanks for the comment, really appreciate it. n_n
